Founded in 2015, Hamari Pahchan NGO, which works out of New Delhi, started with the mission to empower children from underprivileged backgrounds. Working across the fields of education, awareness, self-reliance, skill training, menstrual awareness, and a lot more, their impact has been undeniable. They have been able to educate over 22,500 kids in India to date.

Based in New Delhi, Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation (KSCF) was founded by Nobel Peace Laureate Kailash Satyarthi, who is a leader in child protection and child development. The mission of this organisation is to create a world that is free of violence against children and also works towards issues that affect vulnerable children and their families.

We were fortunate to have the opportunity to conduct interview sessions with the children at the organisation, helping us gain a much deeper understanding of the issues they face and the assistance they require.
